What Sets Us Apart?

A reputation formed over more than a century, one project at a time.

Relationships built on trust, leading to a collaborative professional relationship with our clients.

The financial strength and institutional knowledge required to carry out the largest of projects.

Know as the "go to" contractor that private developers and public agencies turn to with some of their most challenging assignments.

These are some of the qualities that set Perini apart in our industry. They also make us an ideal partner for design-build and alternative delivery projects. We can assist our clients with every phase of development, from budgeting and pre-construction through to project financing and facilities management.

Perini's unique expertise and commitment to client satisfaction have made the company the "partner of choice" in several key markets.

Themed Entertainment
Perini built some of the most recognizable landmarks on the Las Vegas Strip.  The company's engineers figured out how to build a pyramid of steel and glass for the Egyptian-themed Luxor Hotel and Casino.  It was a Perini team that built a scale replica of the Eiffel Tower at the Paris Casino Resort.  Perini is earning its reputation in Las Vegas as the contractor of choice for complex, fast-tracked, themed entertainment projects.  Its growing reputation has led to additional themed entertainment work nationwide, including several projects for Native American Tribal Councils.

Civil Infrastructure
America's roads, bridges and tunnels are aging, especially in the Northeast.  Based in Framingham, Mass., Perini has been a leading civil infrastructure company in that region for more than 100 years.  Perini's century of keeping promises with government helps it maintain market leadership in the region.  Current projects include Boston's "Big Dig", the renovation of the Triborough Bridge, and Jamaica Station, an intermodal facility located at the terminus of the JFK AirTrain.

Quick-Response Construction
Perini teams have worked on mission-critical construction projects on every continent for the U.S. government.  Whether it be rebuilding military facilities for the Department of Defense, or augmenting security at U.S. embassies and consulates for the Department of State, the federal government has come to depend on Perini's international experience for challenging jobs anywhere in the world.
