Skylofts at MGM Grand Hotel & CasinoLas Vegas, NV
The joint venture of Perini and M/W/DBE contractor Thor Construction, Inc. remodeled the 29th floor at MGM Grand, demolishing and reconstructing high roller suites, creating multi-floor luxury "Skylofts" of 1,400 square feet (one bedroom), 3,200 square feet (two bedrooms) and 6,200 square feet (three bedrooms). Designed by Leo A Daly with interiors by Tony Chi and Associates. Also, in joint venture with M/W/DBE Partner TBL Construction, Inc., Perini remodeled floors 1-14 with design by Marnell Corrao Associates. |

Green Valley Ranch (Multiple)Henderson, NV
Station Casinos entrusted the construction of its Green Valley Ranch to Perini through many phases of construction. Original construction included a 450,000-square-foot themed resort containing 201 hotel rooms, 80,000-square-foot casino, 11,000 square feet of convention and meeting facilities, seven up-scale restaurants and 4 nightclubs, 10-screen movie theater, an 8-acre outdoor pool and spa complex, 4-story parking structure for 924 vehicles and below-grade valet parking for 549 vehicles. Perini returned to Green Valley Ranch to expand the facility to include an 8-story, 288,000-square-foot, 298-room hotel tower with 85,000-square-foot ballroom designed by Friedmutter group with interiors by Architropolis. In addition, the Company recently completed a 26,000-square-foot addition to the existing spa and pool area. |

The Ritz-Carlton Lake Las VegasHenderson, NV
Designed by Friedmutter Group, Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo and Texeira, Inc., this Mediterranean-style, AAA Five Diamond-rated resort located on the edge of Lake Las Vegas features 349 rooms, 30,000 square feet of meeting space, a 60,000-square-foot casino (shell only) and the luxurious 30,000-square-foot Spa Vita di Lago. The resort's 3-story Tuscan-inspired Pontevecchio Bridge hosts 65 exclusive Ritz-Carlton Club rooms and luxury suites. |

The renovation and expansion of this five-star resort located at the southernmost point of Baja California along the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez was designed by HKS, Inc. with interiors by Paul Duesing Partners. The facility features 172 luxurious and innovatively d esigned accommodations, including spacious new villas overlooking the Sea of Cortez, a 17,000-square-foot spa with 13 private treatment villas, a signature restaurant and new meeting facilities. |

Resorts Hotel/Casino ExpansionAtlantic City, NJ
This new 28-story "art deco" hotel tower for Colony Capital LLC features 357 oversized guestrooms (the largest in Atlantic City) and 42 luxury suites, and an additional 26,000 square feet of gaming space. A new grand lobby and relocated porte-cochere entrance directs guests into the casino. Bergman Walls & Associates led the design team. |

Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention CenterKissimmee, FL
A Perini-led joint venture built the award-winning 1,406-room Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center for Gaylord Entertainment Company. Designed by Hnedak Bobo Group of Memphis, TN, the project was built on a 65-acre site and features three glazed glass atriums that cover four acres of themed Floridian environments depicting St. Augustine, the Everglades, and Key West, complete with water features and a dock large enough to accommodate an authentic shrimp boat. The project also included a 727,000-square-foot convention and exposition center. |

Saratoga Gaming & RacewaySaratoga Springs, NY
Saratoga's 55,000-square-foot Adirondack-themed casino was completed in just five months and included 20,000 square feet of new construction and the renovation of 35,000 square feet beneath the existing grandstand. Designed by Jeter Cook & Jepson Architects, Saratoga was the first of eight gaming rooms to be open at designated harness and thoroughbred racetracks throughout New York. New finishes were installed in the 30,000-square-foot simulcast area on the second floor. An additional 10,000 square feet of basement space was renovated to accommodate security and gaming support services. |

This 14-story, 548-room hotel developed by Jackson Shaw/Paradise Las Vegas LP was delivered three months ahead of schedule. The Renaissance, designed by Dennis Hill Architect c/o HPA, Inc. with interiors by Morrison Seifert Murphy, holds the distinction of being Nevada's largest non-gaming hotel with 20,000 square feet of meeting space and 6-story parking garage. |

Completed three months ahead of schedule and on budget, the 29-story, 1,134-room Roman-themed Palace Tower is a dramatic and distinctive addition to the Las Vegas skyline. The Palace Tower includes 49 luxury suites in addition to five levels of low-rise that features a new convention area, retail, restaurants, ballroom, meeting space, and 23,000-square-foot spa and fitness center. Guests may relax in the "Garden of the Gods," consisting of three mosaic tile and marble-lined pools, two outdoor whirlpool spas, "Snackus Maximus" snack and beverage bar, and gazebo reception areas. The completion of the 26-story, 949-room, 1.1 million-square-foot hotel raised the total number of rooms at Caesars Palace to 3,349. Perini delivered the 4,148-seat, 189,529-square-foot Colosseum, designed by Glover Smith Bode and Sceno Plus, six weeks ahead of schedule and within budget. The 97,000-square-foot facility includes a 22,000-square-foot semi-circular stage and is considered to be the most technologically advanced musical theater in Las Vegas. |

Paris Las VegasLas Vegas, NV
Harrah's Entertainment's 34-story hotel/casino offers 2,916 guest rooms including 295 suites, 85,000-square-foot casino, race and sports book area, 13 dining and beverage facilities, retail, a 25,000-square-foot health spa and 140,000 square feet of meeting space. In addition, Perini's work included the construction of the resort's signature attraction...a 50-story replica of the Eiffel tower featuring a gourmet restaurant-bar, viewing level and 1,127-car valet garage. |

Mohegan SunUncasville, CT
At the time of its construction, Project Sunburst, the 4.9 million-square-foot expansion of the Mohegan Sun, the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority's popular facility in southeastern Connecticut, was the largest private development in the United States. The project, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, consists of several key structures including a 34-story, 1,200-room luxury hotel tower; a 10,000-seat multi-purpose arena; a 115,000-square-foot casino; the world's largest planetarium dome; and 135,000 square feet of retail and dining space. The interior design of Project Sunburst, developed by the Rockwell Group and Hirsh Bedner Associates, reflect authentic Mohegan culture and folklore, focused on earth, wind and fire: elements that are revered by the Tribe. |

Featured on the cover of Time magazine, this 30-story reflective pyramid shaped hotel and casino was one of Las Vegas' first themed resort casinos. The 2.4 million square foot hotel features 2,521 guest rooms, a 1,200-seat showroom, three levels of entertainment and a reproduction of the River Nile that transports guests from the registration area to the hotel elevators. |
