SouthShore Golf ClubhouseHenderson, NV
Not all of Perini's projects fall into the "megaproject" category. In fact, we pride ourselves on our ability to apply equal enthusiasm and our highest standards of performance to smaller projects such as the SouthShore Golf Clubhouse in Henderson, NV. The 30,000-square-foot private, luxury clubhouse designed by DFD CornoyerHedrick features a 24-foot rotunda, dining room, library, and locker room. As a design/build project, Perini had sole source responsibility for managing the design and construction of the facility. Whether design/build or the more traditional design-bid-build, we believe that whenever the contractor and design team can work together beginning at the earliest stages of a project, the result is a project of higher value, representing a significantly larger return on the Owner's investment. |
