The Pier at Caesars

Atlantic City, New Jersey

The Pier at Caesars is a 3-level, 575,000-square-foot luxury dining, retail and entertainment experience designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects and The Rockwell Group for Gordon Group Holdings, LLC.

The project was constructed atop a pier that juts 900 feet into the Atlantic Ocean from the famous Boardwalk. When completed, a skywalk will connect the Pier with Caesars.

Media giant ClearChannel, Spectacolor provides 70,000 square feet of external signage that illuminates the boardwalk and evokes memories of the excitement of the old Atlantic City.

Copley Place

Located in Boston's historic Back Bay, Copley Place is a two-level, 385,000-square-foot upscale shopping experience within a 1,230,000-square-foot mixed use facility with 845,000 square feet of office space in four 7-level quadrants.

Built on air rights atop the Massachusetts Turnpike, the facility includes a three-level underground parking garage.

The development of the 350,000-square-foot outdoor Seminole Paradise was designed by Morris Architects and is part of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino located in Hollywood, Florida.

Seminole Paradise boasts a 5,600-seat concert venue (Hard Rock Live!), 10 nightclubs, 10 restaurants, and 20 unique retail shops surrounding a Perini-made 12-acre lake.

Prudential Center Redevelopment

Boston, Massachusetts

The Prudential Center Redevelopment Project includes the creation of some of Boston's most handsome new public spaces. Glass-roofed courts and arcades, modeled after European works of the 18th and 19th century were created.

. At the crossroads of the arcades is a grand center court which functions as a gathering place. Lining the courts and arcades of Prudential Center is 180,000 square feet of new and vastly expanded shops, services and food purveyors.

. Each of the arcades has a personality all its own, created by the architecture and stores which inhabit it. In addition, sidewalk cafes, coffee bars and restaurants are located throughout Prudential Center

Somerset North Collection

Troy, Michigan

Located adjacent to the existing Somerset Collection in Troy, Michigan, Somerset North is 850,000 square feet with Nordstrom and Hudsons serving as anchor stores.

The exterior of the complex will consists of brick, limestone and glass curtain wall, as well as a 40,000-square-foot skylight. Marble floors, an elaborate water fountain, ornate metals on 12 escalators and 9 elevators, and exposed millwork serve to create a beautiful and sophisticated shopping center.
