The Pier at CaesarsAtlantic City, New Jersey
The Pier at Caesars is a 3-level, 575,000-square-foot luxury dining, retail and entertainment experience designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects and The Rockwell Group for Gordon Group Holdings, LLC. The project was constructed atop a pier that juts 900 feet into the Atlantic Ocean from the famous Boardwalk. When completed, a skywalk will connect the Pier with Caesars. Media giant ClearChannel, Spectacolor provides 70,000 square feet of external signage that illuminates the boardwalk and evokes memories of the excitement of the old Atlantic City. |

The Prudential Center Redevelopment Project includes the creation of some of Boston's most handsome new public spaces. Glass-roofed courts and arcades, modeled after European works of the 18th and 19th century were created. . At the crossroads of the arcades is a grand center court which functions as a gathering place. Somerset North CollectionTroy, Michigan
Located adjacent to the existing Somerset Collection in Troy, Michigan, Somerset North is 850,000 square feet with Nordstrom and Hudsons serving as anchor stores. The exterior of the complex will consists of brick, limestone and glass curtain wall, as well as a 40,000-square-foot skylight. Marble floors, an elaborate water fountain, ornate metals on 12 escalators and 9 elevators, and exposed millwork serve to create a beautiful and sophisticated shopping center. |
